I have suffered from knee pain for the past few years, I think mostly because I am a very active person and enjoy taking part in many sports and recreational activities. I have read that there are many causes for knee pain, mostly injuries and over exertion. I have had quite a few injuries being a sports and outdoor activity enthusiast.
